- The vehicle operates on a point-to-point basis as per the itinerary; it is not available for disposal.
- AC usage in the vehicle is restricted in hilly terrain.
- Carrying a carrier on the vehicle is not permitted in this region for safety and regulatory reasons.

- Cancellation by The Peak Vibes: In the unlikely event that The Peak Vibes cancels a tour, trek, road trip, or any other offered service, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We will make every effort to notify participants of cancellations in advance and provide suitable alternatives or refunds promptly.
- Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their booking for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date: No refund will be provided.
- No-shows: Participants who fail to join a tour, trek, or road trip without prior notification will not be eligible for any refund.
