Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customers are required to make full payment in advance for confirmed bookings. In the event that a confirmed booking needs to be canceled, the following refund policies apply:
1. Cancellation made prior to 30 days of the confirmed date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
2. Cancellation made prior to 25 days of the confirmed date: 40% of the total amount will be refunded.
3. Cancellation made prior to 20 days of the confirmed date: 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
4. Cancellation made prior to 15 days of the confirmed date: 20% of the total amount will be refunded.
5. Cancellation made prior to 10 days of the confirmed date: 10% of the total amount will be refunded.
Please note that after the specified time frame, The Peak Vibes will not entertain any cancellations, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
