If you wanna discover a place akin to heaven, then Bali Pass Trek (16,200 Ft. Altitude & 60 Kms. Distance) is just the one. The way to Bali Pass goes through some of the best places of Uttarakhand. The very first place you will cross is Yamunotri, one of the Dhams of Char Dham of Uttarakhand. This trek is a rare one and hence is more difficult than the other trek. On the way to it, you will also pass Har ki Doon valley, Ruinsara lake, and Osla village. After reaching you will see the real beauty of nature. You will be able to see amazing vistas of Swargrohini & Bandarpoonch peaks. Apart from these peaks, you will also see many other peaks that look gorgeous and give a soothing effect.

difficult terrain then you must hit this place at least once. The way to Bali Pass Trek encompasses several traditional villages that look beautiful. You will definitely get a feeling like you have traveled the time in the backward direction. In the villages, you will see the traditional lifestyle of people living there. It’s truly a place to adore. Soon you will also travel through Debshu Bugyal which makes the Bali Pass Trek even more beautiful.
Then comes Ruinsara Tal which is the epitome of beauty and completes this trek. It
possesses such crystal clear water in it that you can see reflections of things that are in its proximity.
Itinerary
Your first day will commence at Dehradun Railway Station, where you’ll embark on a scenic 10-hour drive to Sankri village, nestled within the enchanting Govind Wildlife Sanctuary in Uttarkashi. Along the way, you’ll be treated to a feast for the eyes, passing by captivating natural wonders such as the Kempty Waterfalls and Nainbagh. As you traverse this picturesque route, surrounded by towering peaks like Swargrohini, anticipation for the upcoming trek will begin to build. Upon arrival in Sankri, the vibrant atmosphere and charm of the village will engulf you, offering glimpses of local life with mud houses, traditional dhabas serving authentic cuisine, and residents adorned in traditional attire. If time permits, you can explore the village, immersing yourself in its rich culture and warm hospitality. Your overnight stay awaits at a cozy guest house, where you’ll rest and rejuvenate before embarking on the adventure ahead.
After having breakfast at the guest house, you will proceed to Taluka via drive. Then after reaching Taluka, your trek will start.You will start your trek along with the Supin river. You will see many natural things on the way. Water streams are a great source
of water on the way. As you move forward you will pass various bridges of wood as well as cement. Then you will reach an open ground after some distance.After some time, you will reach Ghangad Village where you can see many locals who will treat you with a sweet gesture. After crossing the beautiful path full of dhabas and water streams, you will reach
Osla village, a famous tourist spot. From here it will take around an hour to reach Seema. You will see various flora & fauna. At Seema, you will stay in tents and will rest overnight.
Your third day will be a trek to Rainbasera. This trek will also go along with the Supin River. At first, you will spot Debshu Bugyal.After walking ahead through the steep trail you will see a great view of Oslo village behind.Debshu Bugyal is so vast that you can take a rest over. As you will see around yourself, you will be able to see peaks like Kala Nag. The path ahead in this meadow is slippery in nature so it is advisable to walk with utmost care. Do listen to your guide’s instructions and follow them accordingly. There will be a steep climb thereafter.Soon, you will reach Rainbasera, your campsite for the day. Pitch your tents and enjoy quality time with friends and stay in tents overnight.
Experience the thrill of discovery on this day’s trek as surprises await at every turn. Our destination, Ruinsara Tal, is a marvel in its own right. Along the journey, be captivated by glaciers and babbling streams, adding to the allure of the landscape. Arriving at Ruinsara Tal, prepare to be enchanted by its unparalleled beauty. Nestled amidst meadows, this serene lake is a sight to behold. Marvel at the snow-capped peaks of Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, and White Peak, painting a picturesque backdrop. Nearby, the revered Yamunotri temple adds to the spiritual ambiance. With ample time to explore and soak in the surroundings, indulge in every moment of tranquility and wonder.
This day will be completely dedicated to explore the areas as on this day there will be a short trek,i.e of 4 km. You will trek via forests & will also cross river. You will find steep path during the trek and then will reach meadow. While being at meadow, you will see so many
higher peaks. After some time, you will reach Odari.Odari means Cave, hence you will see a rock cave here You will get a chance to explore the place completely Guide may give you some training session that will definitely help you for further treks. Stay in Odari in tents.
This day you will find an inclined path with a steep climb. This day’s trail is difficult. During this trek you must take care a little more as the rocks in this area are loose in nature. Do fill your water bottles time to time. You will climb a great height and hence will experience a new adventure. Do take proper precautions while trekking here. You will stay in tents overnight and the place becomes cold in night so make sure to carry warm clothes.
It will be the best day of your Bali Pass Trek. You will reach Lower Dhami on
this day via Bali Pass. You must fulfill yourself with energy so as to remain
active throughout the trek. On this trek, you will see so much snow.
After walking for about 2-3 hours you will find yourself at the top of the pass. It
will be the best feeling while standing at the top of the pass. You will see

crystal clear view of Swargarohini, Banderpooch and several other garhwal
peaks. There lies Yamunotri Valley on the right side. his place will provide you
several sight views which are worth clicking pictures. Now you will descend
which is much more exciting to experience. But you must be careful while
descending. As the place is completely covered with snow, you need to be very
careful. Just follow your guide and stay alert.
Then after taking a rest for sometime, you will again start your trek to Lower
Dhami. This trek will be straight & simple in nature. The path of the trek goes
via forests. And finally you will reach your campsite where you will stay in
tents for the last day of your Bali Pass Trek.
This is the last day of your trek. You will trek to Jaan ki Chatti which will be a mixture of descents. Then after reaching the campsite, you will leave for Dehradun.

You can reach Dehradun via Jolly Grant Airport, located about 20 km from the city. Daily flights from Delhi to Dehradun are available.
There are overnight trains available from Delhi to Dehradun, including the Nanda Devi Express (Departure: 11:50 PM, Arrival: 05:40 AM) and the Dehradun Express (Departure: 09:10 PM, Arrival: 05:00 AM).
Regular bus services from Delhi to Dehradun are available from Delhi’s ISBT Kashmiri Gate. We recommend taking only government buses from ISBT Kashmiri Gate for your safety and convenience.
The vehicle will pick you up from Dehradun Railway Station at 6:00 am, with pick-up charges included. You will reach Sankri around 05:00 PM. Please note that food from Dehradun to Sankri is not included in the Kedarnath trek package.

To prepare yourself for trekking and minimize the risk of body ache or discomfort during and after the trek, it’s crucial to engage in regular training and exercise. Here are some tips to help you get fit for trekking:
- Start Early: Begin your training several months before your planned trek to give yourself enough time to build strength and endurance gradually.
- Cardiovascular Exercise: Incorporate activities like walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming into your routine to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio exercise most days of the week.
- Strength Training: Include strength training exercises to build muscle strength and endurance, especially in your legs, core, and upper body. Squats, lunges, calf raises, and planks are excellent exercises to target the muscles used during trekking.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Perform stretching exercises regularly to improve flexibility and mobility in your muscles and joints. Focus on stretching your calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, and lower back.
- Hiking Practice: If possible, simulate the conditions of your trek by hiking on trails with varying terrain and inclines. This will help condition your muscles and get you accustomed to walking with a backpack.

Good Shoes, Good Trek
The significance of proper footwear cannot be overstated in trekking endeavors. Since trekking primarily involves walking, investing in high-quality trekking or hiking shoes is paramount. It’s advisable to wear your trekking boots before the trek to acclimatize to them and avoid discomfort during the journey. Carrying an extra pair of shoes during the trek can also provide a backup in case of adverse conditions, ensuring you maintain comfort and safety throughout the expedition.

1. Cancellation made prior to 30 days of the confirmed date: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation made prior to 20 days of the confirmed date: 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
4. Cancellation made prior to 15 days of the confirmed date: 20% of the total amount will be refunded.
