Notes:

1. Booking Confirmation:
– Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of a 50% advance payment.

2. Invoice Issuance:
– An official invoice outlining your booking details will be provided upon successful receipt of the advance payment.

3. Payment Methods:
– The advance payment can be made through the specified payment methods communicated by The Peak Vibes.

4. Balance Payment:
– The remaining 50% balance is to be settled in two installments:
– 25% at least 15 days before departure.
– The final 25% is required two days before the tour.

5. Cancellation and Refund:
– Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Refer to the cancellation policy for specific details.

6. Confirmation Deadline:
– Timely settlement of the required payments is crucial to secure and confirm your booking.

7. Invoice Details:
– The provided invoice will include a breakdown of charges, payment details, and other relevant information related to your booking.

8. Communication:
– All communication regarding the booking, payments, and invoices will be conducted through official channels established by The Peak Vibes.

– Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: Full refund minus non-refundable expenses.
– Cancellations between 15 to 30 days: 50% refund.
– Cancellations within 15 days: No refund, but efforts will be made to adjust the booking to a future date if possible.

4. Amendments:
– Amendments can be made without additional charges up to 15 days before departure. After this period, amendments may incur charges at the provider’s discretion.

5. Flight Arrival Time:
– Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight arrival details to facilitate smooth pick-up and transfer arrangements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional costs for rescheduling.

6. Liability:
– The travel provider is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond their control.

7. Documentation:
– Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

8. Force Majeure:
– The travel provider is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations due to force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution:
– Any disputes will be subject to resolution as per applicable laws and regulations.
