Booking Confirmation: Your reservation with The Peak Vibes Tours & Travels is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which constitutes 25% of the total tour cost. This deposit is required within 45 days of booking confirmation.
Payment Deadline: The remaining 75% of the tour cost must be paid in full at least 4 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via UPI bank transfer or cash. Bank transfer details will be provided upon request.
Minimum Group Size: Our tours require a minimum group size of 24 participants. Please ensure your group meets this requirement before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the following conditions: Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 75% refund. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund provided. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation Policy: The Peak Vibes reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered suitable alternatives or refunds.
Booking Modifications: Participants may request modifications to their booking, subject to availability and approval by The Peak Vibes. Additional charges may apply.
Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health to undertake tour activities. Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed in advance.
Behavioral Expectations: Participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Liability Waiver: The Peak Vibes shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour, except where caused by negligence.
Force Majeure: The Peak Vibes is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
