Bike Rental Service at Sunil's Cabin Villa

Explore the scenic beauty of Kullu and Manali on two wheels with our premium Royal Enfield bikes. Our bike rental service includes:

RE Bullet 500cc: ₹2000 per day
RE Meteor 350cc: ₹2100 per day
RE Himalayan 411cc: ₹2300 per day
RE Himalayan 450cc: ₹3000 per day

Terms & Conditions for Bike Rental Service

Rental Duration: The rental charges are based on a per-day rate.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be required at the time of bike rental. The amount will depend on the bike model chosen.
Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old and have a valid motorcycle license.
Damage or Loss: Any damage to the bike during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter. The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
Fuel: Fuel charges are not included in the rental. The bike must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented.
Maintenance: The renter is responsible for daily upkeep of the bike (e.g., checking tire pressure, oil, etc.). Any major mechanical issues during the rental period must be reported immediately.
Geographical Restrictions: The bike must not be taken outside the Kullu-Manali region unless specifically agreed upon.
Riding Restrictions: Renter must adhere to local traffic laws and ensure the safety of themselves and others while riding.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period will incur a cancellation fee.
Insurance: The rental includes basic insurance for accidents or theft, but the renter is responsible for covering any additional costs not covered by the insurance (e.g., personal injury, third-party damages, etc.).
Booking: Bookings must be made in advance. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Refund Policy: The security deposit will be refunded after the bike is returned in the same condition, minus any applicable charges for damage or fuel.

Booking Confirmation: A 50% advance is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% is due one week prior to check-in.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon prior request, subject to availability.
Accommodation: The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a backyard. It is suitable for family stays, groups, or couples.
Meals:
- Breakfast and Dinner are included in the stay.
- Grocery charges for meal preparation are to be paid by the customer directly.
Damages: Any damages caused to the property during the stay must be paid for on the spot.
Caretaker and Services:
- A dedicated caretaker is available during your stay.
- Cleaning and laundry services are included as part of the package.
Music and Noise:
- Music volume must be kept low to avoid disturbing the valley’s peace and other residents.
- Loud music or disturbances are not allowed, and any violations may lead to early check-out.
Privacy:
- Guests must respect the privacy of neighboring properties and avoid roaming around private areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at the villa.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed, but excessive noise or disturbance will not be tolerated.
Security:
- The villa is located in a relatively secluded area. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings, as the property is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
Indemnity: Guests will be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur due to their actions during the stay.
Activities:
- Any activities such as paragliding, skiing, or trekking must be arranged separately.
- The villa does not provide transport for sightseeing or adventure activities.
