Terms and Conditions: The Peak Vibes Tour & Travel
Payment Policy:
To secure your booking, an advance payment is required, with the full payment due 90 days before group bookings and 60 days before individual (FIT) bookings. The amount of advance payment is determined by the nature of the service and the time remaining until the start of the service. For certain bookings during peak seasons or special events, full payment may be required in advance, and such payments are non-refundable.
Mode of Payment:
Payment can be made via Wire Transfer or Mail Authorization using credit cards (Master/Visa). Please note that a small bank processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Prices:
Prices are based on shared twin/double room occupancy and exclude personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, passport/visa fees, and insurance unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuating airfares and limited capacity.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for unused/unutilized services will be processed according to the cancellation policy. Please note that refund processing may take 2-4 weeks, with bank charges deducted from the refund amount.
Special Events & Products:
Special events and products may have different deposit, final payment, and cancellation penalties, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance:
It is your responsibility to ensure adequate travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation. The choice of insurer is at your discretion.
Group Harmony:
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or expel individuals deemed disruptive to group harmony, with any resulting expenses borne by the passenger.
Age Requirements:
Minors must be accompanied by an adult, and bookings with minors are subject to review and approval. Please ensure compliance with all legal requirements for minors traveling.
Details Required for Booking:
Provide all requested information along with final payment. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or cancellation fees.
Airfare:
Tour prices exclude airfare unless specified. Airfare quotes are estimates and subject to airline terms and conditions.
Hotel Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out time is 10:00 hours unless indicated otherwise.
Booking on Behalf of Others:
If booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for all payments, changes, and communications regarding the booking.
Passports and Visas:
Ensure you have the necessary travel documents and consult relevant authorities for visa requirements.
Special Requirements:
Notify us of any special requirements or physical capabilities before booking.
Liabilities & Limitations:
We are not liable for changes in costs or services due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not provide insurance and are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage.
Not Liable for Third-Party Suppliers:
We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including subcontractors.
Acceptance of Risk:
You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with travel and release us from any liability arising from such risks.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with the latest version available on our website.
Passenger Agreement:
All passengers must complete a Passenger Agreement prior to travel, accepting our terms and conditions.
