Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By making a booking or using any services provided by The Peak Vibes Tour & Travel, you agree to comply with the terms set out below.
1. Payment Policy & Booking Advances
To secure your booking, an advance deposit is required. Full payment is due 90 days before group departures and 60 days before individual (FIT) bookings. The required deposit depends on the service type and time remaining until departure.
For peak season bookings (e.g. New Year, festival periods, or high-demand high-altitude treks), full advance payment may be mandatory and non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Payment Modes & Pricing Rules
Modes of Payment: Payments can be completed via Wire Transfer, UPI, Net Banking, or Credit Card authorization (Visa / MasterCard). Small standard merchant processing fees apply to card payments.
Pricing Basis: Package rates are based on twin or double occupancy sharing. Prices exclude personal expenses like laundry, room service, alcoholic beverages, passport/visa fees, and optional activities unless explicitly itemized in your voucher.
3. Travel Insurance & Group Conduct
Travel Insurance: Travelers are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost baggage prior to departure.
Group Conduct: To maintain safety and group harmony, The Peak Vibes reserves the right to decline or terminate participation for any traveler whose behavior causes disruption, distress, or safety hazards to fellow guests.
4. Hotel Policies, Minors & Liabilities
Check-In / Check-Out: Standard resort check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out time is 10:00 hours unless otherwise specified in your booking voucher. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to resort availability.
Minors: All minors (under 18 years) must be accompanied by an adult legal guardian.
Liabilities & Risk: Travel, especially high-altitude trekking and road journeys, carries inherent risks. The Peak Vibes acts as an organizer and is not liable for third-party delays, flight reschedules, weather bottlenecks, or personal property loss.
