Refund and Cancellation Policies by The Peak Vibes

Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation by The Peak Vibes: In the unlikely event that The Peak Vibes cancels a tour, trek, road trip, or any other offered service, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We will make every effort to notify participants of cancellations in advance and provide suitable alternatives or refunds promptly.
2. Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their booking for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellation made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellation made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date: No refund will be provided.

1. No-shows: Participants who fail to join a tour, trek, or road trip without prior notification will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by The Peak Vibes: We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour, trek, road trip, or other offered service due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or routes whenever possible.
2. Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their booking, they must notify The Peak Vibes via email at thepeakvibes@gmail.com. The cancellation will be effective from the date the email is received. Please refer to the refund policy above for applicable refunds based on the cancellation date.
3. Booking Modifications: Participants may request modifications to their booking, such as changing the date or transferring the booking to another person, subject to availability and approval by The Peak Vibes. Additional charges may apply for booking modifications.
4. Force Majeure: The Peak Vibes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these policies due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

By booking a tour, trek, road trip, or any other service with The Peak Vibes, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these refund and cancellation policies.
