Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Peak Vibes Tours & Travels, we ensure complete transparency in our booking, cancellation, and refund procedures so you can travel with absolute peace of mind.
> 30 Days Prior
Full 75% refund of the total amount paid if cancelled more than 30 days before departure.
15 to 30 Days
50% refund of the total amount paid for cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior.
< 15 Days
No refund is applicable for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to scheduled departure.
1. Cancellation by The Peak Vibes
In the unlikely event that The Peak Vibes cancels a tour, trek, road trip, or any other offered service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme severe weather, natural disasters, or insufficient group bookings), participants will be entitled to a 100% full refund of the amount paid. We make every effort to notify participants well in advance and offer suitable alternative travel dates or routes whenever possible.
2. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel their booking, notice must be provided via written email to thepeakvibes@gmail.com. The effective cancellation date is determined by the timestamp when the email is officially received.
- More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of total amount paid.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of total amount paid.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund provided.
3. No-Shows & Booking Modifications
No-Shows: Participants who fail to join a scheduled tour, trek, or private road trip without prior written email notification will not be eligible for any refund.
Modifications: Participants may request itinerary modifications or transfer their booking to another traveler subject to availability and explicit written approval by The Peak Vibes. Applicable supplier difference fees or minor administrative charges may apply.
4. Force Majeure & Processing Timelines
The Peak Vibes shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to acts of nature, government restrictions, flight cancellations, or political disturbances. Refund processing takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks, with applicable banking or merchant processing charges deducted from the final refund amount.
